Please read the terms and conditions before placing an order, when placed an order you have agreed to the termsthat Entirely Bathroom’s have stated. If you don’t agree with our bounds or have any queries regarding our terms and conditions, please contact us. These terms and conditions are for the supply of our good only.

 Prices

Our prices are clearly shown on our products that are available on our website. Every product has been marked with an individual price stated on our website. All prices quoted are those ruling at the data of dispatch or supply. The prices that have been stated are inclusive of VAT. We take extra care to ensure all prices are accurate/correct when the information was entered on our website. Prices may be changed in time but does not affect you, if you have already placed an order.

 

Availability of Goods

Availability of our goods are shown on our website, if there is a particular product that you have chosen is out of stock, the customer will be notified. Depending on the product you have chosen you may not be able to cancel the order.         

                     

Installation of Goods

Before installation we suggest you to receive the goods and check them before setting a date for installation. We advice getting a professional and reliable fitter to fit the products you have chosen. We will not be held responsible for any losses sustained due to damaged 

 

Deliveries

All deliveries are made to the address that is stated from the customer/s on the order form.  If we are given incorrect information, it might cause delays on your deliver, also may cause additional for delivery/s. We try our very best to get the goods delivered to you as soon we can, however its not in our control if there is any delays on your delivery.

We suggest you to get in touch if you have not received your items within 7 days. If there is any damages/losses, you as the customer must inform us within 5 working days of delivered goods. After the goods have been delivered by the courier, it’s the customer/s responsibility to inform us of any damage/loss to any product

 

Payment of Goods

All goods must be paid for in full before any goods are despatched. We accept bank transfer, paypal and debit/ credit card.

 

Cancellation of Goods

When cancelling an order, you must inform us within 7 days of your order date when placed. If your order has already been despatched, its the customers responsibility to return the goods in the condition it was despatched. We will issue a refund within a reasonable time scale after the products have been returned to us.

 

Returns Policy

Contact our customer service if you choose to return an item/s, where they will assist you through the return process. There is a 25% cancellation fee on returned products.Its up to the customer to return the goods within 14 days of pur

chased goods, and the goods should be in the original packaging as they were when despatched.

 

Our Liability

 The firm shall not be liable for any loss whatsoever or howsoever arising caused by its failure to supply service or any thereof on the due date. The firm shall not be liable for any failure to deliver the goods or perform the Service arising from circumstances outside the Firm’s control. The firm shall not be liable for any consequential or indirect loss suffered by the buyer whether such loss arises from breach of a duty in contract or tort or in any other way (including loss arising from the Firm’s negligence including, without limitation to the generality of the fore-going:-

  • Loss of profits
  • Loss of contracts
  • Damage to property of the Buyers or anyone else; or
  • Personal injury to the Buyer or anyone else (except so far as such injury is attributable to the Firm’s negligence)

 

 Guarantee/warranty

 Shower and bath screen: glass and seals for such products are excluded from a manufacturer’s extended guarantee. No claim under Extended Guarantee will be accepted once the goods have been installed with a fault that would have been clearly visible before installation. A Manufacturer’s Extended Guarantee does not cover any Goods which have been modified, alteredtransformed or relocated inany way.

 

Acceptance of Goods

 The buyer is under duty to inspect the goods forthwith on delivery and satisfy himself as to the due performance of service forthwith after supply.
