Delivery of goods

Deliveries charges are dependent on the type of goods sent and split into zones where the item will be delivered. If you buy multiple items, you pay a SINGLE CHARGE for the largest item. If you are unsure please contact us.

Smaller items such as taps, shower heads, cisternsand accessories are delivered at a small cost of just £4.99 to Zones A& B.

Medium bathroom furniture at width of 500mm, towel warmers, thermostatic showers, electric showers and non-fragile itemsat a cost of £9.99 to Zones A & B.

For fragile goods, we use a delicate goods courier for large furniture, baths, shower enclosures, large designer radiators, hand basins and WC’s, large items.

This is charged at £19.99 to Zones A& B.

For larger items such as complete bathroom suites, 550mm vanity units and above, WC sets, baths, shower enclosures, large mirror cabinets will be sent as a palletised service. This delivery is to the kerbside or to the garage depending on the delivery driver.

We recommend that you have two able persons to lift the goods from the outside and take it inside your property, as the delivery driver is not insured to take the items inside your property.
