We offer a 14 days return policy with a full refund as long as the item/goods are in the original packaging, unopened, unused and uninstalled. We will either give you the option of purchasing for the same amount of give a refund.
Returns of faulty goods
To ensure a quick resolution, we must be informed of any faulty goods to get the matter resolved as soon as possible. The faulty goods must be notified within 7 days of goods delivered, where we will advice you what to do next.
Damaged goods
Any damaged goods must be informed to Entirely Bathrooms within 24hours of receiving your goods.
